Measurable Improvements in Athletic Performance

This spring I began my yearly ritual of outdoor running and hill sprint training in a sprawling park near my home. During the winter, I swim and do a small amount of running on a treadmill at the gym. So, when I begin my outdoor training, I am basically starting over.

Over the winter I injured my back while sledriding with my son. I recouperated pretty well, but I was curious how I would do at running. As expected, I had a very hard time getting my distances up. I especially had a hard time on my hill sprints. It seemed that I lacked the energy to push myself.

At about the same time, a company that my wife works with, CERES Living, introduced AIO, a premium cellular health suppplement. I have enjoyed the benefits of Acai supplementation for the past six months, so I was curious to try AIO.

I am not one to offer testamonials for vitamins and such, but I have to tell you, AIO can deliver results. After a week or so of regular use, my running distances increased dramatically and my hill sprinting skyrocketed. Not only that, but I became much more regular – enough said.

I am extremely pleased. I get a little nervous, though, when my supply is running low and my automatic re-order hasn’t arrived Yet!
