Well, it happened. I ran out of AIO before my auto re-order arrived. As a desert traveler needs a glass of water, I need my AIO Cellular Nutrition!

This spring I began my yearly ritual of outdoor running and hill sprint training in a sprawling park near my home. During the winter, I swim and do a small amount of running on a treadmill at the gym. So, when I begin my outdoor training, I am basically starting over.
